Below is an overview of our standard procedure.
ONBOARDING
1. Drop us a line! Our initial conversation will establish the nature of the project, the budget, the scale, and the time frame.
2. The agreement is formalized in a signed contract.
3. We have you complete a questionnaire and help you build a mood board.
4. We collect a 50% down payment.
ANALYSIS
1. We study your answers and mood board, isolating the core details and values.
2. We take these insights and create a halo of word associations. The associations are then distilled into a success statement.
3. We present the success statement and our interpretation of the project. This is to ensure the design is pointed in the right direction.
GENERATION
1. Pages of designs and variations are dreamed up and drafted.
2. After sufficient generation, we select the strongest candidates.
3. The design is rendered digitally and comes into full bloom.
PRESENTATION
1. Logos are presented in a comprehensive style guide. Other designs are presented as a mockup of their intended object.
2. No love at first sight? We can tweak the design, or if necessary, return to an earlier step.
3. Once approved, we move to the offboarding phase.
OFFBOARDING
1. We issue an invoice for the remaining 50%.
2. Design is supplied in a variety of sizes and formats (AI, PDF, PNG, SVG).
3. We provide a complimentary usage guide that explains color formats and file types.
4. We send over a copyright transfer form to ensure you control the rights to the design.
